We had an amazing Easter weekend at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were delicious and served with great attention. One of the best aspects was the direct access to the spa, which was a major convenience. We loved being able to relax and enjoy the various treatments and pools available.
The language barrier. Very few people in the region, including the hotel staff, spoke English.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also loved the variety of amenities available, such as the spa and wellness centre, where we indulged in relaxing massages and beauty treatments. The sun terrace and garden area provided a tranquil retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families.
This place is an excellent choice for families.

We loved the direct access to the spa through an underground heated tunnel, especially in the winter. The spa was gorgeous with amazing treatments and outside pools. The breakfasts were opulently German and the staff was friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean rooms and comfortable common areas.
It was all superb.

Our recent city trip was made even more enjoyable thanks to the fantastic hotel we stayed in. the facilities were top-notch and the location was just perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. the direct access to the spas was amazing! the underground heated tunnel was a unique and pleasant experience that we enjoyed very much. the breakfast was sumptuous and the staff was always there to assist us, making us feel welcomed and at home.
Although we had the time of our life, there were a few minor issues that needed attention. the pillows were too soft for our preference, not very comfortable.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with spotlessly clean common areas and a comfortable room. The hotel facilities were great, with direct access to the nearby spa, which was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was attentive and accommodating.
